Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Zon Bebas 1990 dipinda dalam butiran 1—

(a)

dengan menggantikan perkataan “dan 2234” dengan perkataan “, 2234

dan 2283”;

(b)

dengan memotong perkataan “dan” yang terdapat di hujung subbutiran 1(v);

(c)

dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung subbutiran 1(vi) dengan perkataan

“; dan”; dan

(d)

dengan memasukkan selepas subbutiran 1(vi) subbutiran yang berikut:

“(vii) Tanah (Lot A) seluas 1.909 hektar di Lot 66233 dan tanah

(Lot B) seluas 1.028 hektar di Lot 83274 sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam Pelan Warta PW 2282.”.

FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 5) NOTIFICATION 2001

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment)

(No. 5) Notification 2001.

(2)

This Notification comes into operation on 13 December 2001.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended in item 1—

(a)

by substituting for the words “and 2234” the words “, 2234 and 2283”;

(b)

by deleting the word “and” appearing at the end of subitem 1(v);

(c)

by substituting for the full stop at the end of subitem 1(vi) the words

“; and”; and

(d)

by inserting after subitem 1(vi) the following subitem:

“(vii) Land (Lot A) in area of 1.909 hectare at Lot 66233 and land

(Lot B) in area of 1.028 hectare at Lot 83274 as shown in the Gazette Plan PW 2282.”.
