- MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2023 yang diperaku semula pada 18 Januari 2024 dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 22 Januari 2024 dalam P.U. (B) 27/2024, Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi bulan Januari 2024 yang diperaku pada 20 Februari 2024 dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 21 Februari 2024 dalam P.U. (B) 62/2024, Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi bulan Februari 2024 yang diperaku dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 22 Mac 2024 dalam P.U. (B) 101/2024, Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi bulan Mac 2024 yang diperaku dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 30 April 2024 dalam P.U. (B) 162/2024 dan Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi bulan April 2024 yang diperaku dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 21 Mei 2024 dalam P.U. (B) 177/2024 hendaklah digunakan dalam pilihan raya kecil bagi kerusi Dewan Negeri N.43 Nenggiri dalam Negeri Kelantan. Preamble
- PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2023 re-certified on 18 January 2024 and published in the Gazette on 22 January 2024 in P.U. (B) 27/2024, the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the month of January 2024 certified on 20 February 2024 and published in the Gazette on 21 February 2024 in P.U. (B) 62/2024, the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the month of February 2024 certified and published in the Gazette on 22 March 2024 in P.U. (B) 101/2024, the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the month of March 2024 certified and published in the Gazette on 30 April 2024 in P.U. (B) 162/2024 and the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the month of April 2024 certified and published in the Gazette on 21 May 2024 in P.U. (B) 177/2024 shall be used in the by-election for the seat of the Legislative Assembly N.43 Nenggiri in the State of Kelantan.
