- MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2024 yang diperakui semula pada 21 Januari 2025 dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 23 Januari 2025 dalam P.U. (B) 43/2025, Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi bulan Januari 2025 yang diperakui pada 20 Februari 2025 dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 21 Februari 2025 dalam P.U. (B) 71/2025 hendaklah digunakan dalam pilihan raya kecil bagi kerusi Dewan Negeri N.48 Ayer Kuning dalam Negeri Perak. Preamble
- PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2024 re-certified on 21 January 2025 and published in the Gazette on 23 January 2025 in P.U. (B) 43/2025, the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the month of January 2025 certified on 20 February 2025 and published in the Gazette on 21 February 2025 in P.U. (B) 71/2025 shall be used in the by-election for the seat of the Legislative Assembly N.48 Ayer Kuning in the State of Perak.
