Raya menentukan bahawa

Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2022 yang diperaku semula pada 16 Januari 2023 dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 18 Januari 2023 dalam P.U. (B) 20/2023,

Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi bulan Januari 2023 yang diperaku pada 16 Februari 2023

dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 17 Februari 2023 dalam P.U. (B) 54/2023,

Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi bulan Februari 2023 yang diperaku pada 16 Mac 2023

dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 17 Mac 2023 dalam P.U. (B) 103/2023,

Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi bulan Mac 2023 yang diperaku dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 19 April 2023 dalam P.U. (B) 146/2023 dan Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi bulan April 2023 yang diperaku dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 22 Mei 2023

dalam P.U. (B) 166/2023 hendaklah digunakan dalam pilihan raya umum

Dewan Negeri bagi Negeri Selangor.

DETERMINATION OF ELECTORAL ROLL FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION OF

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF SELANGOR

Opening note

Preamble

PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2022 re-certified on 16 January 2023 and published in the Gazette on 18 January 2023 in P.U. (B) 20/2023, the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the month of January 2023 certified on 16 February 2023 and published in the Gazette on 17 February 2023 in P.U. (B) 54/2023, the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the month of February 2023 certified on 16 March 2023 and published in the Gazette on 17 March 2023 in P.U. (B) 103/2023, the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the month of March 2023 certified and published in the Gazette on 19 April 2023 in P.U. (B) 146/2023 and the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the month of April 2023 certified and published in the Gazette on 22 May 2023 in P.U. (B) 166/2023 shall be used in the general election of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Selangor.
