IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister appoints all buildings and areas situated on Lot 9516, District of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to be a Henry Gurney School to be named as “Sekolah Henry Gurney, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah” for the purposes of the Act. Revocation 2. The Appointment of Henry Gurney School for Girls [P.U. (B) 154/1984] published in the Gazette on 29 March 1984 is revoked.
