Agong oleh seksyen 6 Akta Bahasa Kebangsaan 1963/67 [Akta 32], dan yang diwakilkan kepada

Perdana Menteri di bawah P.U. 33/1968, Perdana Menteri menetapkan bahawa naskhah sahih bagi Rang Undang-Undang Persaingan (Pindaan) 2026 yang akan dikemukakan dalam Mesyuarat Kedua Penggal Kelima Parlimen Kelima Belas ialah naskhah dalam bahasa Inggeris.

PRESCRIPTION UNDER SECTION 6

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the

Yang di-Pertuan

Agong by section 6 of the National Language Acts 1963/67 [Act 32], and delegated to the Prime Minister under P.U. 33/1968, the Prime Minister prescribes that the authoritative text of the Competition (Amendment) Bill 2026 to be introduced in the Second Meeting of the Fifth Session of the Fifteenth Parliament is the text in the English language.
