PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Yang di-Pertuan Agong oleh seksyen 6 Akta Bahasa Kebangsaan 1963/67 [Akta 32], dan yang diwakilkan kepada

Perdana Menteri di bawah P.U. 33/1968, Perdana Menteri menetapkan bahawa naskhah sahih bagi Rang Undang-Undang Bidang Kuasa Admiralti 2026 yang akan dikemukakan dalam Mesyuarat Kedua Penggal Kelima Parlimen Kelima Belas ialah naskhah dalam bahasa Inggeris.
