Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1A) Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri menetapkan lokap di Balai Polis Slim River, Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Muallim, Perak sebagai tempat bagi pengurungan orang yang direman di bawah Akta Pencegahan Jenayah 1959 [Akta 297] dan Akta Pencegahan Keganasan 2015 [Akta 769]. Pembatalan 2. Penetapan lokap di Balai Polis Slim River, Perak sebagai tempat pengurungan melalui Penetapan Lokap sebagai Tempat Pengurungan [P.U. (B) 427/2014] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 24 September 2014 dan Penetapan Lokap sebagai Tempat Pengurungan [P.U.

APPOINTMENT OF LOCK-UP TO BE A PLACE OF CONFINEMENT

AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF LOCK-UP

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1A) of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister appoints the lock-up at the Slim River Police Station, Muallim District Police Headquarters, Perak to be a place for the confinement of persons remanded under the Prevention of Crime Act 1959 [Act 297] and the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2015 [Act 769]. Revocation 2. The appointment of lock-up at the Slim River Police Station, Perak as a place of confinement by the Appointment of Lock-Ups to be a Place of Confinement [P.U. (B) 427/2014] published in the Gazette on 24 September 2014 and the Appointment of Lock-Ups to be a Place of Confinement [P.U. (B) 351/2015] published in the Gazette on 3 September 2015 are revoked.
