DESIGNATION OF AUTHORIZED OFFICERS
Preamble
PURSUANT to paragraph (b) of the definition of “authorized officer” in subsection 2(1)
of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149], the Minister designates the public officers named in the Schedule as authorized officers for the period the public officers serve with the Department of Agriculture with effect from 2 October 2023.
