- MENURUT perenggan (b) takrif “pegawai yang diberi kuasa” dalam subseksyen 2(1) Akta Racun Makhluk Perosak 1974 [Akta 149], Menteri menetapkan pegawai awam yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai yang diberi kuasa selama tempoh pegawai awam itu berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Pertanian berkuat kuasa mulai 1 November 2024. - PURSUANT to paragraph (b) of the definition of “authorized officer” in subsection 2(1) of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149], the Minister designates the public officers named in the Schedule as authorized officers for the period the public officers serve with the Department of Agriculture with effect from 1 November 2024.
