- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 1 Enakmen Badan-Badan Berkanun Negeri (Tatatertib Dan Surcaj) 2002 [Enakmen No. 4 tahun 2002], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri menetapkan 1 Januari 2003 sebagai tarikh Enakmen itu mula berkuat kuasa.
