- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Act 2022 [Act A1647], the Minister appoints 21 July 2023 as the date on which sections 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 of the Act come into operation.
