- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 1(2) Akta Kewangan Awam dan Tanggungjawab Fiskal 2023 [Akta 850], Menteri menetapkan 1 Januari 2024 sebagai tarikh Akta itu mula berkuat kuasa kecuali seksyen 37 dan 38.
