PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 1(2)

Akta Pentadbiran Undang-Undang Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) (Pindaan) 2025

[Akta A1749], Yang di-Pertuan Agong menetapkan 1 Julai 2025 sebagai tarikh Akta itu mula berkuat kuasa kecuali perenggan 2(d) dan (h), dan seksyen 10, 31, 32, 33, 34 dan 35.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2)

of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) (Amendment) Act 2025

[Act A1749], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints 1 July 2025 as the date on which the Act comes into operation except paragraphs 2(d) and (h), and sections 10, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35.
