- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 1 Enakmen Bekalan Air 1997 [En. 6/1997], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri menetapkan 16 April 2006 sebagai tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Enakmen kecuali subseksyen 39(1) dan 77(4).
