- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 20 Enakmen Rizab Melayu (FMS. Bab. 142), Raja dalam Mesyuarat dengan ini telah memutuskan untuk mengiktiraf Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) sebagai “Melayu” bagi maksud Enakmen tersebut.

- In exercise of the powers given by section 20 of the Malay Reservation Enactment (FMS. Cap. 142), the Ruler in Council hereby has decided to recognize Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) as a “Malay” for the purpose of the Enactment. Bertarikh 22 Januari 2002.
