In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7 of the National Forestry

Act 1984 (Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Act 313], the State Authority hereby declares that, the area describe in the Schedule to be a Permanent Reserved

Forest known as Belum Permanent Reserved Forest, and the declaration of

Belum Permanent Reserved Forest published in Perak Government Gazette

No. 806 dated 6 Jun 1991 shall be revoked with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette.

The area of approximately 117,500 hectares in the Mukim of Belum and

Temenggor, District of Hulu Perak, outlined in grey on P.W. 2005 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
