Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Enakmen Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Pemakaian) 1985 [Akta 313], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi Hutan Simpanan Kekal yang dikenali sebagai Hutan Simpanan Kekal Belum dan Perisytiharan Hutan Simpanan Kekal Belum yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak No. 806 bertarikh 6 Jun 1991, adalah terbatal mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak.

Act 1984 (Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Act 313], the State Authority hereby declares that, the area describe in the Schedule to be a Permanent Reserved

Forest known as Belum Permanent Reserved Forest, and the declaration of

Belum Permanent Reserved Forest published in Perak Government Gazette

No. 806 dated 6 Jun 1991 shall be revoked with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette.
