Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Enakmen Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Pemakaian) 1985 [Akta 313], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Hutan Simpanan Kekal Belum yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak No. 806 bertarikh 6 Jun 1991, hendaklah dinamakan sebagai Hutan Simpanan Kekal Banding mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7 of the National Forestry

Act 1984 (Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Act 313], the State Authority hereby declares that, the area describe in the Schedule being part of area declared as the Belum Permanent Reserved Forest published in Perak Government

Gazette No. 806 dated 6 June 1991, shall be known as Banding Permanent

Reserved Forest with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette.
