  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Enakmen Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Pemakaian) 1985 [Akta 313]. Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi Hutan Simpanan Kekal yang dikenali sebagai Hutan Simpanan Kekal Teluk Muroh, mulai dari tarikh penyiaran Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak.

DECLARATION OF TELOK MUROH PERMANENT RESERVED FOREST

In exercise of the power conferred by section 7 of the National Forestry Act 1984 (Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Act 313], the State Authority hereby declares that, the area describe in the Schedule to be Permanent Reserved Forest to be known as Teluk Muroh Permanent Reserved Forest, with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette.
