MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE 1952
ALTERATION OF PORT LIMITS FOR BATU PAHAT PORT
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3)
of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits for Batu Pahat Port in the State of Johore as prescribed in the Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953].
Amendment of Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 2.
The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Johore, by—
(a)
substituting for item “Batu Pahat” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
