Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(3)
Ordinan Perkapalan Saudagar 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], Menteri mengubah had pelabuhan bagi Pelabuhan Sungai Udang dalam Negeri Melaka yang ditetapkan dalam
Pemberitahuan Undang-Undang No. 73 tahun 1953 [L.N. 73/1953].

MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE 1952
ALTERATION OF PORT LIMITS FOR SUNGAI UDANG PORT
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3)
of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits for Sungai Udang Port in the State of Malacca as prescribed in the Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953].
Amendment of Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 2.
The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Malacca, by substituting for item “Sungai Udang” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
