Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(3)
Ordinan Perkapalan Saudagar 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], Menteri mengubah had pelabuhan bagi Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas dalam Negeri Johor yang ditetapkan dalam
Pemberitahuan Undang-Undang No. 73 tahun 1953 [L.N. 73/1953].

MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE 1952
ALTERATION OF PORT LIMITS FOR TANJUNG PELEPAS PORT
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3)
of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits for Tanjung Pelepas Port in the State of Johore as prescribed in the Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953].
Amendment of Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 2.
The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Johore, by substituting for item “Tanjung Pelepas” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
