s 35Compensation

(1)

Where a Court finds a person guilty of an offence under section 34 and the Court is satisfied that the affected person or another person has suffered loss or damage thereby, the Court may order the person guilty of the offence to pay compensation to the person who has suffered loss or damage.

(2)

Notwithstanding subsection (1) the Special Administrator may commence civil proceedings against any person to recover the asset of the affected person or compensation in lieu thereof.
