s 70Power to terminate operation of this Act

(1)

If at any time it appears to the Minister that it is no longer necessary that this Act should remain in operation, the Minister may, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, direct the Board to call a general meeting of the members of the Corporation for the purpose of terminating the Act.

As soon as possible after a Board's meeting pursuant to subsection (1), the Minister may by order published in the Gazette declare that this Act shall cease to remain in operation, and such an order may contain such consequential or transitional provisions as the
