s 64Offer to the Corporation

(1)

An offer or invitation made to the Corporation with respect to shares or debentures shall not be deemed to be an offer to the public for the purposes of the Companies Act 1965.

(2)

Without prejudice to subsection (1), an offer or invitation with respect to shares or debentures made to the Corporation shall be taken to be an offer or invitation that is not deemed to be an offer to the public under subsection 4(6) of the Companies Act 1965.
