Cessation of derivative pension

Section 15
(1)
A widow in respect of whom a derivative pension is granted under section 14 shall cease to be eligible for such pension upon her remarriage.
(2)
A minor child in respect of whom a derivative pension is granted under section 14 shall cease to be eligible for such pension upon the child attaining the age of eighteen years or upon marriage below that age.
