Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 43(3), Enakmen Pentadbiran Agama Islam (Negeri Melaka) 2002 [Enakmen No. 7 tahun 2002], Yang di-Pertuan Agong atas nasihat Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Melaka menubuhkan Mahkamah Rayuan Syariah bagi Negeri Melaka sebagaimana yang disebutkan dalam Jadual.
