Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 55(2), Enakmen Pentadbiran Agama Islam (Negeri Johor) 2003 [Enakmen No. 16/2003], Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, atas nasihat Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Johor, menubuhkan Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah Daerah Muar sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual bermula mulai 15 Mei 2019.

His Majesty the Sultan, on the advise of Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Johor, constitutes the Syariah High Court Of Muar as specified in the Schedule with effect from 15 May 2019.
