Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 55(2), Enakmen Pentadbiran Agama Islam (Negeri Johor) 2003 [Enakmen No. 16/2003], Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan, atas nasihat Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Johor, menubuhkan Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah Daerah Kluang sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual bermula mulai 21 Februari 2019.

His Majesty the Sultan, on the advise of Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Johor, constitutes the Syariah High Court Of Kluang as specified in the Schedule with effect from 21 February 2019.
