Preamble
MENGIKUT subseksyen 24(1) Akta Kesalahan Pilihan Raya 1954 [Akta 5], diberitahu bahawa penyata berkenaan dengan belanja pilihan raya dan pernyataan yang dibuat berkenaan dengan belanja pilihan raya telah diterima oleh
Pengarah Pilihan Raya Negeri Pahang daripada calon yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1)
Jadual pada tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (4).
Mana-mana orang boleh memeriksa dan apabila dibayar fi yang ditetapkan boleh membuat cabutan daripada penyata dan pernyataan itu di pejabat Pengarah Pilihan Raya
Negeri Pahang pada waktu pejabat pada mana-mana hari bekerja dalam tempoh enam bulan dari tarikh Notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta.

RETURN AND STATEMENTS OF ELECTION EXPENSES
PAHANG
IN ACCORDANCE with subsection 24(1) of the Election Offences Act 1954 [Act 5], it is notified that the return in respect of election expenses and the statements made in respect of the election expenses were received by the State Elections Director of
Pahang from the candidate named in column (1) of the Schedule on the date specified in column (4).

Any person may inspect and on payment of the prescribed fee may make extracts from such return and statements at the office of the State Elections Director of Pahang during office hours on any working day within a period of six months from the date of the publication of this Notice in the Gazette.
