Permintaan-permintaan itu hendaklah ditulis iaitu diperbuat empat (4) salinan di dalam Borang yang dipertetapkan di dalam Jadual bagi Peraturan Eksais (Lembaga
Pelesen) Tahun 1977 dan hendaklah dihantarkan kepada Pengerusi di Pejabat Daerah
Langkawi tidak lewat daripada empat (4) minggu terdahulu daripada:

Tarikh lucut lesen sekarang dengan permintaan bagi memperbaharui lesen-lesen itu.
Seksyen 3
Tiap-tiap permintaan bagi lesen untuk rumah-rumah atau tempat-tempat yang belum pernah dilesenkan hendaklah dengan perbelanjaan sendiri mengiklankan surat hal ini telah memohon kepada Lembaga supaya dikeluarkan lesen menerangkan keadaan lesen yang dipohon itu dan membentangkan iklan itu pada tempat yang mudah dilihat pada rumah-rumah atau tempat-tempat yang hendak dilesenkan itu selama dua

minggu dahulu daripada 29hb Jun 2005.
Notice is hereby given that the Langkawi Licensing Board constituted under the Excise
Act, 1976 in respect of the District of Langkawi will hold its Second Half Yearly
Meeting for 2005 at the District Office Langkawi on Wednesday 29th June 2005 at 2.30
p.m. to consider:

Applications for renewal of licences to sell intoxicating liquors for the
Second Half of 2005.
Seksyen 2
Applications must be in writing in quadruplicate in the Forms prescribed in the
Schedule to the Excise (Licensing Board) Regulations 1977 and must be submitted to the Chairman at the District Office Langkawi not later than four (4) weeks before:

Date of expiry of the existing licences in the case of applications for renewal of such licences.
Seksyen 3
Every application for a licence for premises not previously licensed shall, at his own expense advertise in writing the fact that he has made an application to the Board for the issue of license, describing the nature of the licences applied for and displaying conspicuously such advertisement at the premises it is intended to be licensed for a period of two (2) weeks immediately preceding the 29th June 2005.

Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 147(1) Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1976, Majlis Daerah Baling telah menetapkan bayaran-bayaran yang berikut yang kena dibayar jika apa-apa jumlah wang yang kena dibayar mengenai sesuatu kadar yang masih belum dibayar pada akhir bulan Februari atau bulan Ogos, mengikut mana yang berkenaan mulai 30hb Mac 2005:
