DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT 1952
DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2017
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 47
of the
Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 [Act 234], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation 1.
These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment)
Regulations 2018.
Amendment of Third Schedule 2.
The Third Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Regulations 1952 [L.N. 555/1952]
is amended in paragraph 2 by inserting after the item “Pethidine” the following item:
“Remifentanil”.
