(a)
dengan menggantikan subperaturan (1) dengan subperaturan yang berikut:

Peraturan-Peraturan Eksais (Penjualan Liquor yang Memabukkan) 1977, bayaran bagi lesen yang boleh dikeluarkan menurut kuasa Lembaga adalah seperti yang berikut:

RM90.00 tiap-tiap bulan atau sebahagian daripada sebulan
Lesen Kedai Runcit
RM70.00 tiap-tiap bulan atau sebahagian daripada sebulan
Lesen Rumah Awam:

RM220.00 tiap-tiap bulan atau sebahagian daripada sebulan

EXCISE (LICENSING BOARDS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2014
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Excise (Licensing Boards)
(Amendment) Regulations 2014.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2014.
Amendment of regulation 19 2.
The Excise (Licensing Boards) Regulations 1977 [P.U. (A) 155/1977] are amended in regulation 19—
(a)
by substituting for subregulation (1) the following subregulation:
“(1) Except in the case of licences issued under regulation 10 of the
Excise (Sale of Intoxicating Liquors) Regulations 1977, the fees for licences issuable pursuant to the authority of the Board are as follows:
Wholesale Dealer’s Licences
RM90.00 per month or part of a month
Retail Shop Licences
RM70.00 per month or part of a month
Public House Licences:
First Class
RM220.00 per month or part of a month
Second Class
RM160.00 per month or part of a month

Third Class
RM110.00 per month or part of a month
Beer House Licences:
First Class
RM110.00 per month or part of a month
Second Class
RM70.00 per month or part of a month
Temporary Licences
RM60.00 per day or part of a day
Temporary Extensions of opening hours:
(i)
public houses
RM60.00 per hour or part of an hour
(b)
in subregulation (3), by substituting for the words “$1” the words
“RM2.00”.
