- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 85 Akta Eksais 1976 [Akta 176], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

REGULATIONS 2014
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Excise (Bottling and Movement of
Intoxicating Liquors) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2014.
Amendment of Schedule Three 2.
The Excise (Bottling and Movement of Intoxicating Liquors) Regulations 1977
[P.U. (A) 158/1977] are amended by substituting for the Schedule Three the following
Schedule:
“SCHEDULE THREE
FEES FOR LICENCES
(Regulation 6)
Licence to bottle/blend/compound or vary intoxicating liquors
RM2,400.00 for every 12 months
