  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Excise (Sale of Intoxicating Liquors)

(Amendment) Regulations 2019.
