(No. 3) Order 2019.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 445/2017] is amended in

Part I of the Schedule, in relation to item 67, in column (2)—

(a)

in paragraph (viii), by substituting for the words “Murphy Sarawak Oil

Co. Ltd.” the words “PTTEP Sarawak Oil Limited (formerly known as

Murphy Sarawak Oil Co. Ltd.)”; and

Suggest a correction

(b)

in paragraph (ix), by substituting for the words “Murphy Sabah Oil Co. Ltd.”

the words “PTTEP Sabah Oil Limited (formerly known as Murphy Sabah

Oil Co. Ltd.).”.
