MALAYSIAN BIOFUEL INDUSTRY
(BLENDING PERCENTAGE AND MANDATORY USE) REGULATIONS 2014
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 4(a) and (b) of the Malaysian Biofuel
Industry Act 2007 [Act 666], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Malaysian Biofuel Industry
(Blending Percentage and Mandatory Use) Regulations 2014.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 30 November 2014.
Type and blending percentage 2.
The type of biofuel, blending percentage of such biofuel and the type of fuel blended with such biofuel are as specified in the First Schedule.
Mandatory use of biofuel 3.
The use of biofuel under regulation 2 is mandatory for the activities as specified in the Second Schedule.
Revocation 4.
The Malaysian Biofuel Industry (Blending Percentage and Mandatory Use)
Regulations 2011 [P.U. (A) 203/2011] are revoked.
