Suggest a correction
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 142(15) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Import Licence Fee for

Motor Vehicle) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

These Regulations come into operation on 18 June 2014.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Customs (Import Licence Fee for Motor Vehicle) Regulations 2009

[P.U. (A) 491/2009] are amended in the Schedule in column (2) in relation to No. 11 by substituting for the words “IBM Automobiles Sdn. Bhd.” the words “Ismo Automobiles
