[Akta 64] atau subseksyen 50(2) Akta Cukai Perkhidmatan 1972 [Akta 151]”
dengan perkataan “subseksyen 96(5) Akta Cukai Jualan 2018 [Akta 806] atau subseksyen 81(5) Akta Cukai Perkhidmatan 2018 [Akta 807 ]”.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 141AB(1) of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the
Customs
Regulations
(Appeal Tribunal) (Amendment) 2018.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2018.
Amendment of regulation 3 2.
The Customs Regulations (Appeal Tribunal) 2007 [P.U. (A) 210/2007], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended in regulation 3 by substituting for the words “subsection 68(2) of the Sales Tax Act 1972
[Act 64] or subsection 50(2) of the Service Tax Act 1975 [Act 151]” the words
“subsection 96(5) of the Sales Tax Act 2018 [Act 806] or subsection 81(5) of the
Service Tax Act 2018 [Act 807]”.
Amendment of regulation 4 3.
Subregulation 4(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by substituting for the words “the Sales Tax Act 1972 or the Service Tax Act 1975” the words “the Sales Tax
Act 2018 or the Service Tax Act 2018”.
