- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 29 Akta Kawalan Padi dan Beras 1994 [Akta 522], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Control of Padi and Rice Act 1994 [Act 522], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Control of Padi and Rice (Licensing of Importers and Exporters) (Amendment) Regulations 2014. Substitution of Schedule 2. The Control of Padi and Rice (Licensing of Importers and Exporters) Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 264/1994] are amended by substituting for the Schedule the following schedule: “SCHEDULE FORM A Serial No: CONTROL OF PADI AND RICE 1994 REGULATIONS 1994 (Regulation 5) IMPORT LICENCE Licence No. : Reference No. : Licence is issued to: Name of business: Address of business premises: 7 is a wholesaler of rice, to import rice into Malaysia and to store rice at the following stores only: Address of Store Maximum Storage Limit Permitted (in metric tonnes) This licence is valid from to Office of issue: Date of issue: Receipt no.: (Signature of Licensee) Director General (Official Stamp or Seal) Reminder: An application for the renewal of a licence shall be made before the date of expiry of the licence. 8 FORM B Serial No.: CONTROL OF PADI AND RICE 1994 REGULATIONS 1994 (Regulation 5) EXPORT LICENCE Licence No. : Reference No. : Licence is issued to: Name of business: Address of business premises: is a wholesaler of rice, to export rice out of Malaysia and to store rice at the following stores only: Address of Store Maximum Storage Limit Permitted (in metric tonnes) This licence is valid from to Office of issue: Date of issue: Receipt no.: (Signature of Licensee) Director General (Official Stamp or Seal) Reminder: An application for the renewal of a licence shall be made before the date of expiry of the licence.”. 9 Made 31 March 2014 [KP/LA/483/16 Jld. 6; PN(PU2)544/II] DATO’ SRI ISMAIL SABRI BIN YAAKOB Minister of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry
