Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Control of Padi and Rice Act 1994 [Act 522], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation 1. These regulations may be cited as the Control of Padi and Rice (Licensing of Importers and Exporters) (Amendment) Regulations 2014. Substitution of Schedule 2. The Control of Padi and Rice (Licensing of Importers and Exporters) Regulations 1994 [P.U.
