Gaji bulanan purata minimum bagi orang berinsurans bagi maksud pencen ilat yang disebut dalam subseksyen 20(2) Akta atau pencen penakat yang disebut dalam perenggan 4 Jadual Kelapan kepada Akta ialah sembilan ratus lima puluh ringgit.

Gaji bulanan purata minimum yang disebut dalam subperaturan (1)

hendaklah terpakai bagi orang berinsurans jika kadar pencen ilat atau pencen penakat yang diterima pada 31 Disember 2011 oleh orang berinsurans itu atau orang tanggungannya, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, kurang daripada empat ratus tujuh puluh lima ringgit.

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 105 of the Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 [Act 4], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Employees’ Social Security

(Minimum Average Monthly Wage) Regulations 2014.

These Regulations are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2012.

The minimum average monthly wage for an insured person for the purpose of invalidity pension referred to in subsection 20(2) of the Act or survivors’

pension referred to in paragraph 4 of the Eight Schedule to the Act shall be nine hundred and fifty ringgit.

The minimum average monthly wage referred to in subregulation (1)

shall apply to an insured person if the rate of the invalidity pension or survivors’

pension received on 31 December 2011 by the insured person or his dependants, as the case may be, is less than four hundred and seventy-five ringgit.
