EMPLOYEES’ SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1969
EMPLOYEES’ SOCIAL SECURITY (SUPPLY) REGULATIONS 2011
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 [Act 4], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation 1.
These regulations may be cited as the Employees’ Social Security (Supply)
Regulations 2011.
Issue for expenditure for the year 2011 2.
A sum not exceeding five hundred and ninety six million three hundred and one thousand ringgit (RM 596,301,000) shall be issued out of the Social Security Fund for expenditure on the administration of the Scheme of Social Security for the year 2011 as provided in the Schedule.
