CORRIGENDUM

IN P.U. (A) 200 published on 19 July 2019—

(a)

in the national language text, in regulation 2—

(i)

by substituting for the words “Ahli Kumpulan Wang yang belum mencapai umur lima puluh lima tahun” the words “Berkenaan dengan seorang ahli Kumpulan Wang yang belum mencapai umur lima puluh lima tahun”; and

(ii)

by substituting for the words “Ahli Kumpulan Wang yang telah mencapai umur lima puluh lima tahun” the words “Berkenaan dengan seorang ahli Kumpulan Wang yang telah mencapai umur lima puluh lima tahun”; and

(b)

in the English language text, in regulation 2—

(i)

by substituting for the words “The member of the Fund who has not attained the age of fifty-five years” the words “In respect of a member of the Fund who has not attained the age of fifty-five years”;

and

(ii)

by substituting for the words “The member of the Fund who has attained the age of fifty-five years” the words “In respect of a member of the Fund who has attained the age of fifty-five years”.
