seperti yang berikut:

Kesalahan yang dilakukan di bawah subperaturan 6(3) Peraturan-Peraturan

Makanan Haiwan (Kaedah Menganalisis Makanan Haiwan dan Bentuk

Perakuan Analisis) 2012 [P.U. (A) 254/2012];

FEED ACT 2009

FEED (COMPOUNDABLE OFFENCES) REGULATIONS 2019

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 53(2)(k) of the Feed Act 2009

[Act 698], the Minister, after consulting the Board, makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Feed (Compoundable Offences)

Regulations 2019.

Compoundable offences 2.

The offences specified in the

Schedule are prescribed as compoundable offences.

COMPOUNDABLE OFFENCES

The following offences are prescribed as compoundable offences:

(a)

the offences committed under provisions of the Feed Act 2009 as follows:

(i)

subsection 38(2);

(ii)

subsection 39(2);

(b)

the offences committed under subregulation 6(3)

of the

Feed

(Methods of Analysis of Feed and the Form of Certificate of Analysis)

Regulations 2012 [P.U. (A) 254/2012];

the offences committed under provisions of the Feed (Licence to Import

Feed or Feed Additive) Regulations 2012 [P.U. (A) 256/2012] as follows:

(i)

subregulation 3(1);

(ii)

the offences committed under subregulation 3(2) of the Feed (Prohibited

Antibiotics,

Hormones and

Other

Chemicals)

Regulations 2012

(e)

the offences committed under provisions of the Feed (Manufacture and

Sale of Feed or Feed Additive) Regulations 2012 [P.U. (A) 312/2012]

as follows:

(i)

subregulation 3(1);

(ii)

regulation 9;

(iv)

regulation 13.
