Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subperaturan 10(8) Peraturan-Peraturan Pegawai Awam Negeri Selangor (Kelakuan dan Tatatertib) 1995 [Sel. P.U. 7/1995]. Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Selangor menetapkan bahawa bagi maksud peraturan 10 Peraturan-Peraturan tersebut, “harta” sama ada di dalam atau di luar Malaysia ertinya—

(a)

berkenaan dengan harta tak alih—

(i)

tanah, termasuk tanah yang diduduki di bawah lesen pendudukan sementara;

(ii)

segala jenis tempat kediaman seperti rumah, rumah pangsa, pangsapuri atau kondominium;

(iii)

bangunan, termasuk rumah kedai atau ruang kedai, rumah pejabat atau warung; dan

(b)

berkenaan dengan harta alih—

(i)

apa-apa bentuk wang tunai di mana jua dideposit atau disimpan;

(ii)

syer, saham, debentur, bon atau sekuriti lain;

(iii)

apa-apa bentuk lesen atau permit perdagangan, perniagaan atau komersial;

(iv)

apa-apa jenis kenderaan bermotor;

(v)

apa-apa harta alih yang lain termasuklah barang kemas, keahlian kelab, perabot rumah dan alat sukan, yang harga belian tiap-tiap satunya melebihi 6 bulan emolumen atau RM10,000.00

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by subregulations 10(8) of the State of Selangor Public Officers (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 1995 [Sel. P.U. 7/1995], the Selangor State Secretary prescribes that for the purpose WARTA KERAJAAN negeri selangor 21hb Nov. 2013]4043
of regulation 10 of the said Regulations, “property” whether in or outside Malaysia means—

(a)

in respect of immovable property—

(i)

land, including land occupied under temporary occupation license;

(ii)

all types of residences such as house, flat, apartment or condominium;

(iii)

building, including a shop or portion of a shop, office space or stall; and

(b)

in respect of movable property—

(i)

any form of cash wherever deposited or kept;

(ii)

shares, stocks, debentures, bonds or other security;

(iii)

any form of trade, business or commercial license or permit;

(iv)

any type of motor vehicle;

(v)

any other movable property, including all types of jewelry, club membership, household furniture and sports equipment, the purchase price of each item of which exceeds 6 months emoluments or RM10,000.00 whichever is the lesser.
