Section 58
of PERATURAN-PERATURAN PEGAWAI LEMBAGA TABUNG ANGKATAN TENTERA (KELAKUAN DAN TATATERTIB) (PINDAAN) 2017
Seksyen 58
(1)
There is hereby established a Appeal Board comprising the following members:
(a)
the Chairman of the Lembaga as Chairman; and
(b)
three other members of the Lembaga who are not members of the disciplinary authority appointed by the Chairman of the Lembaga.
(2)
If the Chairman of the Lembaga is unable for any reason to chair the Disciplinary Appeal Board, he may appoint any other members of the Disciplinary Appeal Board to chair the Disciplinary Appeal Board.
(3)
If on any question to be determined by the
Disciplinary Appeal Board there is an equality of votes, the
Chairman of the Disciplinary Appeal Board shall have a casting vote in addition to his deliberative vote.”.

Amendment of regulation 61 25.
Regulation 61 of the principal Regulations is amended—
(a)
in subregulation (1), by substituting for the words “Head of Division” the words “Head of Department”; and
(b)
in subregulation (2), by substituting for the words “Head of Division” the words “Head of Department”.
