Peraturan-Peraturan Pendidikan (Penggal Institusi Pendidikan Tahun 2027) 2026

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan Pendidikan

(Penggal Institusi Pendidikan Tahun 2027) 2026.

Peraturan-Peraturan ini hendaklah terpakai bagi kehadiran di institusi pendidikan kecuali di sekolah swasta, sekolah ekspatriat dan sekolah antarabangsa bagi tahun 2027.

Tempoh penggal institusi pendidikan bagi tahun 2027 adalah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.

EDUCATION (TERMS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS YEAR 2027)

REGULATIONS 2026

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 130(2)(b) of the Education Act 1996

[Act 550], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Education (Terms of Educational

Institutions Year 2027) Regulations 2026.

Application 2.

These Regulations shall apply to attendance at educational institutions except at private schools, expatriate schools and international schools for the year 2027.

Duration of terms of educational institutions 3.

The duration of terms of educational institutions for the year 2027 shall be as specified in the Schedule.

First Term

4 January 2027 to 4 March 2027 14 March 2027 to 20 May 2027

Second Term

6 June 2027 to 26 August 2027 5 September 2027 to 2 December 2027
