Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 3(2)(n) and (o) of the Civil Aviation Act 1969 [Act 3], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges)

(Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2019.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 4 July 2019.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2016

[P.U. (A) 99/2016] is amended by inserting after item 76 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
