berhubung dengan subbutiran 1(1)(b)(i), dalam ruang fi yang kena dibayar (RM), dengan menggantikan sempang dengan perkataan “750”.

MEDICAL DEVICE ACT 2012

MEDICAL DEVICE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2025

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 79(2) of the Medical Device Act 2012

[Act 737], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Medical Device (Amendment)

Regulations 2025.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2026.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule 2.

The Medical Device Regulations 2012 [P.U. (A) 500/2012] are amended in the Fifth Schedule in column description of fees—

(a)

in relation to subitem 1(1)(a)(i), in column fee payable (RM), by substituting for the word “100” the word “500”; and

(b)

in relation to subitem 1(1)(b)(i), in column fee payable (RM), by substituting for the hyphen the word “750”.
