REGULATIONS 2011
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 69(2)(c) of the Trade Descriptions
Act 2011 [Act 730], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Trade Descriptions (Certification and Marking of Halal Fees) Regulations 2011.
(2)
These Regulations comes into operation on 1 January 2012.
Application for certification and fee 2.
The fee payable for the application of the halal certification under the Trade
Descriptions (Certification and Marking of Halal) Order 2011 [P.U. (A) 431/2011] is as specified in the Schedule.
